My request has no reply

Check your request and find out when the credit will be released.

Check the request in the app
Open “Item sharing” → “My exchanges”. Check whether the request is still “Pending”.
Decide whether to keep waiting
A request expires after 72 hours without a reply. The reserved credit is released after expiry; check your balance once the information is updated.
Cancel if you no longer need it
You can tap “Cancel my request”, then “Yes”, before the lender accepts. This releases the reserved credit.
Check your credits
Open “My credits” to check your available credits and activity. Tap “Refresh” if it appears, or leave the page and open it again.
