Prepare a clear email when you cannot find the answer.
Write down what you were trying to do
Write a simple sentence, such as: “I want to reply to a loan request, but the button does not work.”
Add useful details
Mention whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer. Copy the error message and explain what you have already tried.
Prepare your email
Write to bonjour@tonvillage.ca. The app’s help centre also offers “Contact support” to prepare your message.
Review and send
Check the recipient and text in your email app, then choose its send button. Opening an email does not send it automatically.
