Check whether my request was accepted
Find your requests and understand the reply shown.
Open your exchanges
In “Item sharing”, tap the “My exchanges” tab.
Find your item
Look for its name in the list. Check the dates to find the right request.
Read the request’s status
“Pending” means the person has not replied yet. “Accepted” means they agreed; “Declined” means the loan will not go ahead.
Arrange pickup after acceptance
Tap “Open the chat” to write to the lender. Use this conversation to agree on the exact time and place.
Also check your notifications
Requests and replies remain in the notification centre. In “Settings” → “Notifications”, set “Item loans: requests, replies and returns” separately for emails and mobile alerts. Mobile alerts also need device permission; immediate delivery is not guaranteed. Check the loan’s progress to know its status.
