Cancel a request or loan
Cancel before pickup and understand what happens to the credit.
Find the request
Open “Item sharing” → “My exchanges”. Find the right item and dates.
Check whether it was accepted
If the request is “Pending”, tap “Cancel my request”, then confirm with “Yes”. The reserved credit becomes available again.
Cancel an accepted loan before pickup
If the lender accepted but you have not picked up the item, use “Cancel before pickup — credit refunded” when this button appears.
Let the lender know
If you had arranged a meetup, write in the chat to let them know you have cancelled.
