Pick up the item I borrowed
Prepare for the meetup and confirm that you have the item.
Open the conversation
In “Item sharing” → “My exchanges”, find the loan and tap “Open the chat”.
Arrange the meetup
Ask the lender for the exact pickup time and place. The area shown on the listing is approximate.
Check the item together
At the meetup, check the item’s condition and accessories with the lender. Ask how to use it if needed.
Add photos if helpful
In “Loan photos”, you can choose “Photograph the handover”. A photo helps you keep a record of the item’s condition.
Confirm pickup
Once you have the item, tap “I picked up the item” in the loan.
Open my exchanges
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
