Keep photos of the handover and return

Record the item’s condition when it changes hands.

  1. Find the accepted loan

    In “Item sharing”, open the loan from “My exchanges” or “My items”. Tap “Loan photos”.

  2. Write a note if helpful

    Before choosing photos, fill in “A note for these photos (optional)” if you want to describe a detail, such as an existing scratch.

  3. Photograph the handover

    At the pickup meetup, use “Photograph the handover” when this button appears. Photos are sent as soon as you choose them. Take clear pictures of the item and its accessories.

  4. Photograph the return

    After the borrower records the return, use “Photograph the return” before completing the loan. Use the same angles to make the photos easier to compare.

  5. View a photo

    Tap its small preview to enlarge it. Before the loan ends, you can use “Delete this photo” to remove a photo you added.
