Confirm that my item was returned

Complete the loan after receiving your item.

Receive your item
At the return, check the item’s condition together and make sure all the accessories are there.
Wait for the borrower to record the return
The borrower must tap “I returned the item” in their account.
Open the loan’s progress section
In “Item sharing” → “My items”, find the loan. The message says the return is waiting for your confirmation.
Confirm the return
If you have received the item, tap “Confirm return and complete loan”.
Check your credits
Open “My credits” to see whether a credit was added after the return. Tap “Refresh” if it appears, or leave the page and open it again.
