Understand credits for sharing items
Listing and lending are free. An available credit lets you send a request.
Lend without buying a credit
Creating a listing, lending your item and accepting a loan require no purchase. You can do these things even when your credit balance is zero.
Check your balance before borrowing
In “Item sharing”, tap your credit count to open “My credits”. You need a confirmed email address and 1 available credit to send a request.
Understand the credit set aside
When you send a request, 1 credit is reserved. It is spent when the lender accepts. A declined request or a cancelled pending request releases that credit.
Get more credits if needed
You can earn credits after lending an item if the loan meets the rules and its return is confirmed, or buy a pack when purchases are offered. You can borrow with an earned credit without buying a pack first.
Check your credit activity
In “My credits”, “Activity” shows credits bought, spent, earned or refunded. Credits reserved for one request are not available for another.
