  1. Understand the pause

    This feature is paused for launch. Do not move these offers to another category, post or conversation to bypass this rule.

  2. Choose an available option

    Only loans and gifts of games, books, ordinary craft supplies and non-electric decorations are accepted. No tools, ladders, electric or heating appliances, safety equipment, baby products, medical or chemical products, or recalled or damaged items. Sales and swaps are paused.

  3. Ask about an earlier transaction

    If an earlier transaction or payment concerns you, email bonjour@tonvillage.ca with its reference and relevant facts. Do not send banking details. The pause does not promise an automatic refund.
