Cancel a gift, sale or swap
Stop the exchange before the items have been handed over.
Find the exchange
Open “Item sharing”. Look in “My exchanges” if you are receiving the item, or “My items” if you are offering it.
Cancel a pending request
If you sent a request and are waiting for a reply, use “Cancel my request”, then confirm. The reserved credit becomes available again.
Let the other person know
If the exchange was accepted, open the chat and explain that the handover cannot go ahead.
Use cancellation before handover
When the button appears, tap “Cancel before handover — credit refunded” only if you want to cancel. This cancels the exchange immediately. Then check its status and your credits.
