Cancel a gift
Stop the exchange before the items have been handed over.
Find the exchange
Open “Item sharing”. Look in “My exchanges” if you are receiving the item, or “My items” if you are offering it.
Cancel a pending request
If your request is waiting for a reply, use “Cancel my request”, then confirm. No credit is reserved for this exchange.
Let the other person know
If the exchange was accepted, open the chat and explain that the handover cannot go ahead.
Use cancellation before handover
When available, tap “Cancel before handover” to cancel the exchange, then check its status. For an older exchange that actually spent a credit, an eligible cancellation refunds that credit once.
