Follow or cancel a promotion
Understand its status and read its report.
Open the right promotion
Under “Promotions”, find the activity and check its area and period.
Read the request status
“Awaiting review” means you are waiting for a response. “Quote awaiting acceptance” needs your agreement. “Accepted” may still be waiting for payment confirmation.
Check the display status
After payment is confirmed, the screen may show “Scheduled”, “Active”, “Ended” or “Display paused”. A paused promotion is not actively being displayed.
Read the report
Read “Visible impressions” and “Clicks”. These counts are approximate and do not tell you how many different people saw or clicked the promotion.
Cancel if needed
If the button is offered, tap “Cancel this promotion”, then confirm. Withdrawal stops the display and keeps the history.
