Prepare a clear message so the TonVillage team can help you.

  1. Identify the organization

    Note your organization’s name and copy its page link if it is already public. Also include your role on its team.

  2. Explain what is stopping you

    Say what you wanted to do, which button you used and what message appeared. Say whether it happened on the website, an iPhone or an Android phone.

  3. Add useful details

    Give the date and name of the activity, post or request involved. A screenshot may help; hide any personal information that is not needed.

  4. Write to the team
