Link a sponsor to an activity

Thank the partners contributing to this specific gathering.

Open the activity page
From your organization space, open the activity you want. In its introduction, look for “Support for this activity” or “With support from”.
Open support management
Tap “Manage support for this activity”. Check that you are on the right gathering.
Choose the sponsor
Under “Organization sponsor”, select their name, then tap “Associate with activity”. Wait for the confirmation message.
Remove a link if needed
In the same tool, tap “Remove” beside the sponsor, then confirm. Their sponsor listing and other activities are kept.
Check the display
Tap “Close management” and read the activity’s support list. “Manage my organization’s sponsors” takes you back to your space.
