Offer a collaboration or support

Privately propose a collaboration that follows the launch rules.

Start the proposal
In your organization space, open “Collaborations and support”. Tap “Offer a collaboration or support”.
Choose who will receive the support
Select “Beneficiary organization”. To help with a specific activity, also choose “Supported activity”. Otherwise, keep “Organization only”.
Describe the contribution
Choose “Collaborative partner” or “Community support”. Fill in “Contribution description” in line with the launch rules, which also apply to private exchanges.
Add private details and the period
Use “Private message to the organization” if needed. Enter a start and end; the end must be after the start.
Review the private preview
Check the contribution, name, logo and website shown to the organizations involved. Selecting an activity classifies the agreement; it does not make it public.
Send the proposal
Tap “Send request”. The beneficiary can accept or decline. Even if accepted, the support stays in the organizations’ private spaces: its public display is paused.
