Invite members to an organization activity

Send an invitation to people who already belong to TonVillage.

  1. Open the activity

    Find the gathering under “My activities” on the organization’s dashboard.

  2. Tap “Invite”

    In the activity page’s “Organisation” section (organizing tools), open “Invite”. Check the title under “Manage invitations”.

  3. Search for a member

    Use “Search members…”. Check the name and image to find the right person.

  4. Send their invitation

    Tap “Invite” beside the person. Wait for confirmation before moving to the next person.

  5. Check the responses

    The page shows invitation and response counts. Return to the activity’s “Participants” section to follow sign-ups.
