Choose who sees my organization’s activity

Set the neighbourhood, city and visibility for people without an account.

  1. Open the create or edit form

    From the organization, prepare an activity, or open an existing activity and tap “Edit”.

  2. Check the location and city

    The audience must match the activity’s area. Read the suggested city and neighbourhood.

  3. Choose the audience

    In the audience choices, select the neighbourhood or village from the options shown. This form does not let you post an organization activity in a private circle.

  4. Choose visibility without an account, if offered

    For an activity open to the city, you can select “Also publish on the public Web, visible without an account”. Read the full explanation before choosing it.

  5. Confirm the change if needed

    When changing an existing activity’s audience, read the message about who will keep access and select the required confirmation.

  6. Publish or save

    Tap “Create the event” or “Save changes”. Check the audience shown on the activity page.
