Sign in or regain access to my account
Get a new sign-in link without looking for a password.
Use your usual email
On the sign-in page, use the address you used to create your account. Choose “Enter the village”.
Find the latest TonVillage email
Check your Junk or Spam folder too. Open the link in the most recent email, or use its six-digit code.
Request a new code if needed
If the link or code has expired, return to the sign-in page and request another email. An older link may already have been used.
Write down the problem if you are still stuck
Copy the error message and mention whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer. Send these details to bonjour@tonvillage.ca.
