Sign in or regain access to my account
Use your email and password, or reset a forgotten password.
Enter your TonVillage sign-in details
On the sign-in page, enter your account email and TonVillage password, then choose “Sign in”. Do not enter your email account, Google or Apple password here.
Reset your password if needed
If you forgot your password or have not set one yet, choose “Forgot your password?” and request a password reset email using the same address.
Choose your new password
Open the link in the latest password reset email, then choose and confirm your new TonVillage password. Check your spam folder; if the link has expired or has already been used, request another email from “Forgot your password?”.
Write down the problem if you are still stuck
Copy the error message and mention whether you are using a phone, tablet or computer. Send these details to bonjour@tonvillage.ca without including your password or reset link.
