Plan the circle’s next gathering

Turn a shared interest into a gathering and welcome new people.

  1. Check the next gathering

    Open your circle. Above its posts, the next-gathering section shows the next activity you can access. Open its details to respond; circle membership does not confirm attendance.

  2. Suggest an activity

    Choose “Propose an activity”. Complete the form and launch requirements. Current circle members are the intended invitees after review, without automatically including the village or future members.

  3. Choose a date together

    When polls are available, “Choose a date together” prepares a date poll. Add the options and deadline, then publish when ready.

  4. Welcome newcomers

    “Welcome new members” shows accessible recent arrivals. The welcome-message action prepares a draft post: edit it, then publish if you want to share it.
