Organize an activity

Invite neighbours for a walk, a meal or some time together.

  1. Open the form

    Choose “Suggest an activity”. The “Create an event” page opens.

  2. Add a title and category

    Write a clear title, such as “Sunday walk in the park”. Choose the right category and add a photo if you like.

  3. Add the practical details

    Enter the date, time, meeting place and number of spots if space is limited. In the description, explain what people need to know or bring.

  4. Choose who can come

    Check who the form says can see your invitation. To invite a circle or specific people, select that circle or those people.

  5. Review and publish

    Check the date, time, place and who you are inviting carefully. Choose “Create the event”, then wait for confirmation.
