Moderate circle exchanges
Pin useful information and respond proportionately to problems.
Check your role
Creators, managers and moderators have moderation controls according to their permissions. A moderator does not manage membership requests, invitations or circle settings.
Keep important announcements visible
Pin a useful post. Unpinning removes its highlighted position. Close comments to stop replies; you can reopen them later.
Handle problematic content
Available deletion controls remove content after confirmation. Reporting sends a problem for review: describe the facts without unnecessarily copying personal information.
Manage a temporary suspension
In circle settings, find team and participation controls. Choose someone your role allows you to manage. To suspend access and participation, enter 1–30 days and a reason, then confirm. You can restore access before it expires.
Offer a moderator role
A creator or manager can invite a member to become a moderator in the same section. The person must accept; the team can revoke the invitation or remove the role using the available controls.
