Manage my circle’s members and rules
Review requests, share responsibility and maintain the rules.
Find the circles you manage
Open “Circles”, then “I manage”. Select the circle and its management tab.
Review membership requests
Read the introduction, answers and accepted rules version. Accept or decline the request. An older request needs renewed consent if the rules have changed.
Build your team
The creator can offer a manager role to a member, who must accept it. The creator can later remove that role or offer responsibility for the circle to a manager, who must also accept.
Update the circle
Open the rules and settings editor to change the name, theme, town, visibility, rules or questions. Save your changes. Changed rules or questions require renewed member consent.
Remove a member or archive
Use “Remove” only for people your role allows you to manage, then read the confirmation. The creator can archive the circle, closing new memberships and publications.
