Plan an activity that repeats

Prepare several dates with a frequency and an end date.

  1. Start a recurring activity

    Open the recurring-activity form. Complete the title, category, first date, public venue and audience as for a single activity.

  2. Choose the frequency

    Select weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Set the repeat-until date; it must not be earlier than the first gathering.

  3. Review and submit

    Check the dates and displayed rules in the recap before confirming. Publication remains subject to TonVillage review.

  4. Check the dates actually created

    Check the activity and other dates in the series. If a message says the series was only partly generated, do not assume every gathering exists: verify them before inviting participants.
