My listing is under review, declined or suspended
Check your request’s status and find out who to contact.
Return to your space
Open “My organization” or use the button in this guide. Read the message above your listing.
Update the listing while it is under review
If you see “Account under review”, you can still correct the submitted information and tap “Save”.
Check the decision email
Check the contact email entered in the listing. The team sends its approval decision there.
Contact the team if it is declined or suspended
If the account is declined or suspended, write to bonjour@tonvillage.ca. Include the organization’s name and explain what you would like to clarify.
Open the tools after approval
When the listing says “Approved”, your dashboard gives you access to the public page and the tools allowed for your role.
Open my organization space
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
