Add a task from an activity page
Offer a task anyone can take or assign it to specific people.
Open tasks
On the activity page, find “Tasks”, then tap “Add a task” if the button is offered.
Describe what needs to be done
Enter the “Task name”. Add a short description of the location, time or useful equipment.
Choose how to assign it
Select “Anyone who volunteers” to let members offer to help. Otherwise, choose “People you assign” and select the names offered.
Add the task
Review the details, then tap “Add the task”. Check that it appears on the page.
Follow people’s commitments
For an assigned task, the chosen people can “Confirm” or decline. For an open task, they can volunteer and step back.
Open my organization space
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
