Create and follow an activity’s money pool
Record a target and declared contributions for shared costs.
Open the gathering’s money pool
On your organization’s activity page, find “Money pool”. Check the activity title at the top of the page.
Set a target if there is no pool yet
Enter the amount you want in the currency shown, then tap “Create the pool”. Check the amount carefully before confirming.
Explain how costs will be paid
Tell the group how you will handle the costs. The pool records contributions; it does not pay them.
Follow the declared amounts
Read the total, target and contribution list available to your role. These declarations are not proof that money was received.
Record your own contribution if needed
Tap “Contribute to the pool”, enter your amount and confirm. If a declaration is awaiting confirmation, resume the same attempt as the screen instructs.
