Add a yearly event
Introduce a celebration, work bee or other gathering that returns regularly.
Open yearly events
In your organization space, tap “Our yearly events”, then “Add an event”.
Give it a name
Enter the event’s name. You can add an icon, choose its usual month and explain what it is.
Say whether the next edition is ready
Under “Next edition”, choose a published activity belonging to your organization. Otherwise, keep “Not scheduled yet”.
Add the yearly event
Tap “Add”. Find it in the list and check how it looks on your organization’s public page.
Open my organization space
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
