Choose who on my team is notified
Share notifications between managers and hosts.
Open the right organization space
Check the active organization’s name. Your choices will apply to this organization.
Open “Team”
Below the member list, find “Who is notified”.
Choose the subject to set
Find “New volunteer”, “Activity registrations”, “Collaborations and support” or “Promotions”. “Announcement proposed by a neighbour” appears only for a neighbourhood association.
Select the roles to notify
Tap “Managers” or “Hosts” to add or remove the checkmark. For this setting, the founder belongs to the “Managers” group.
Wait for saving to finish
Each change is saved when you tap the role. Check the checkmark and make sure there is no error message before moving to the next choice.
Check that the right people are included
Both roles can be selected for the same subject. If neither is selected, the screen says “Nobody will be notified of this event”.
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
