Reply to a request or an offer of help

Get in touch with someone asking for or offering voluntary help.

Choose “Requests” or “Offers”
In “Helping hands”, “Requests” shows people who need help. “Offers” shows people offering help.
Read the post
Check the need or service offered, the area and the availability. Make sure it works for you.
Show your interest
On a request, choose “I can help”. On an offer, choose “I need this”. If the reminder about voluntary help appears, read it, then choose “Let’s go!” to continue.
Make arrangements in the conversation
Open the conversation offered to agree on the date, place and what each person will do. After receiving help through an offer, you can choose “Merci !” (thank you) there to thank its author.
