ORGANIZE AN ACTIVITY · 4 STEPS

Share out small activity tasks

Ask for volunteers or offer a task to participants.

  1. Open tasks

    On the activity you organize, find “Tasks” and choose “Add a task”. This section appears when the tool is available.

  2. Describe a specific task

    Write a title, such as “Set up the tables”, and any details needed.

  3. Choose how to assign it

    Choose “Anyone who volunteers” or “People you assign”. For the second choice, select the participants concerned.

  4. Add it and follow replies

    Choose “Add the task”. Review the list to see who has volunteered and which confirmations are still pending.
