Offer to welcome new members
Help someone feel comfortable at their first activity.
Turn on your offer to welcome people
In “Settings”, open “My village”. Turn on “Welcome new members at their first activity”.
Check requests in your activity
On an activity you are attending, a section shows when a new member would like a welcome.
Offer your welcome
Choose “I’ll take care of it!” only if you are available. Check that it worked, then arrange the meeting in the activity’s conversations.
Introduce the person to the group
On the day, use the flag so you are easy to find, then take time to introduce the person to others.
Choose my welcome preferences
This button opens the TonVillage app. You may be asked to sign in.
